The Invisible Man (2020) is full of bated breath moments with jump scare payoffs | Review

The Invisible Man (2020) is one of the better thrillers that I’ve seen in recent history. It follows that fine line of creepy and menacing while giving you a slow-paced mind freak for most of the movie.

Buried in Netflix: Hurricane Heist (2018)

I found myself watching yet another movie buried in Netflix. This time, it’s a film titled Hurricane Heist. It was directed by the same direct of the Fast and the Furious and released in 2018 to a lukewarm reception from critics. But that’s not what we’re here to discuss. We’re here to figure out how the story flushed out.

Knives Out is a maze of a murder mystery (review)

In August, I wrote a post about the problem with remakes and reboots. My main concern was the lack of originality as properties are driven in the whole over and over again. However, recently a few original properties were released. One being 21 Bridges and the other being Knives Out.

Zombieland: Double Tap highlights (review)

Zombieland: Double Tap was a fun movie to watch. It expanded on the Zombieland universe we were introduced to in 2009. Most of the jokes were amusing and I especially liked the references to Terminator 2: Judgement day.
