Movies and Anime to get excited for in 2021 | List

I’m excited about a lot of the entertainment that’s coming out in 2021. If nothing else, we’re going to have some great movies and shows to pay attention to.
So instead of making several lists, I’m just combined everything into one list this year in preparation for 2021 to wish you a happy new year and let you know what I’m going to be looking forward to on the entertainment front for the new year.
HBO MAX:

I know what you’re thinking. Why?
HBO max will be streaming new movies the exact day as they release in theaters with no extra cost to subscribers throughout the year 2021, and it’s available in 4K!
I’m looking forward to the following:
- Godzilla vs. Kong
- Space Jam: A New Legacy
- The Suicide Squad
- Matrix 4
- Mortal Kombat
Warner Brothers announced their plans in 2020 to do this duel release strategy, and I’m so appreciative that I can finally watch t blockbuster movies on HBO Max on my couch!
This is not a sponsored post, but HBO Max is giving a 20% off for six months deal on their website (if you pre-pay).
Dr. Stone season 2: Stone Wars
The next thing I want to express my excitement for is the release of Dr. Stone season 2. The release date is confirmed for the Stone Wars arc starting this month (January 2021).

I am very excited about this. Senku will be going up against Shishio in a battle of technology versus brute strength for the season. It will be available on Crunchyroll, and the series will be premiere on Thursday instead of its previous day, which was Saturday when season one came out.
You can find a full recap of season one linked here.
My Hero Academia season 5

Next on the list is My Hero Academia season 5. it’s coming March 27, 2021, and we’re going to see Deku and the rest of class 1A back in action. I am incredibly excited about this. There will be a focus on class 1A and how they’re improving their training techniques with class 1B, but this season will also focus on many villains in the My Villian Academia Arc.

Bleach: The Final Arc
Lastly, I’m excited about the upcoming season of Bleach. If this comes to fruition, I will cry a little before I press the play button. I’ve waited so long to see Itchigo and his crew back in animated form.
Bleach: The final art is supposed to be returning this year, in 2021. I haven’t been able to find an actual date. However, the return was announced in Jump Magazine in Japan.

“The anime will cover the “Thousand-Year Blood War,” which begins in Chapter 480 of the manga to the end of the series in Chapter 686″ – Newsweek (3/18/2020).
If there’s anything that I haven’t mentioned on my excitement list for 2021, as far as entertainment goes, and you want to add your opinion, feel free to do so. Use the comment section below to share your thoughts. I will do some research and maybe even add it to the list.
I am looking forward to seeing your responses.
BTW, HAPPY NEW YEAR!
