Outriders release date, Division 2 expansion, Anthem reboot, e3 news + Disney Movies

Headlines for February 10, 2020 to February 15, 2020.

Outriders 

Gaming Developers, People Can Fly are releasing the upcoming RPG co-op looter shooter, Outriders with publisher Square Enix. This game is centered around an accidental human evolution that gifted some humans with special powers through an anomaly.

The release date will be in September 2020. They’ve released a series of trailers on Youtube to identify the game and its context.


Division 2: Warlords of New York

Ubisoft announced the next expansion for Division 2. The base game saw players regroup in Washington D.C. to clean up the crime there, but now they’ve been summoned back to New York to hunt down a group of rogue agents.

The expansion launches on March 3, 2020.


Anthem 2.0

Positive news arrived from Bioware this week. In a post from Bioware General Manager, Casey Hudson announced the revamping of Anthem. They’ll be releasing Anthem 2.0 at some point.

Geoff Keighley E3 announcement

Geoff Keighley is synonymous with his involvement in hosting the E3 conference. This year he announced via twitter that he would not be hosting for the event due to feeling uncomfortable with the direction of the conference.

In movie news, Disney announced the ‘Honey, I Shrunk the Kids’ reboot with Rick Moranis, the ‘Aladdin’ sequel, and the addition of Sam Raimi as the director of ‘Dr. Strange and the Multiverse of Madness’.
