List | 4 Anticipated Movies based on Trailers and Rumors

There are a lot of exciting movies set for release in the next four months. However, four upcoming films have piqued my senses, and those are the films I am highlighting in this post.

Legally Blonde 3 (May 8, 2020)

The third installation in the Legally Blonde series will release in May of this year, 19 years after the Elle Woods burst on to the scene full of life and funny quips. We all remember the bend and snap, and I can not forget where I learned about ammonium thioglycolate.

We’ve seen her graduate law school, overcome heartbreak, appear in front of congress with morals intact, and find love. I wonder what the catch up with be for her life will be over the last 17 or so years, plus enjoy some nostalgia.

Fast and Furious 9 (May 22, 2020)

I’ve always been a fan of the Fast Saga. More importantly, I was devastated at the passing of Paul Walker in 2013 because it meant that the series would change forever. For me, it’s still weird to watch a Fast and the Furious film. In my opinion, though the series continues to be entertaining, the movies have missed Paul Walker immensely. I force myself to check it out every time, though.

Fantasy Island (February 14, 2020)

I saw the trailer for Fantasy Island during a YouTube rabbit hole. At first, I thought to myself, I know what you did last summer has already been made. Then I realized that there is a mystical component to the movie. The island or whatever entity that is controlling the island is playing to the visitor’s darkest desires, and the trailer leads me to believe things are going to get real rough fast.

Invisible Man (February 28, 2020)

Invisible Man might be the movie that I am anticipating the most. I want to see it, but I don’t want to have to look over my shoulder forever, either. The trailer for this film gave me serious second-half Hollow Man vibes, but worse! I’m intrigued and terrified at the same time.
